A visit from Spencer (and Clare & Barry!)

When you move into a cold house on a windy hill with a Rayburn that heats the house and water barely taking the chill off, you know it's a true friend who says
"Don't worry we will bring lots of layers, see you tomorrow!"

Since moving into a badly insulated, unheated house in wintertime we have really appreciated our friends & family and their British mentalitly to cold - more layers!

Clare is a Guide leader and regularly camps with lots of little Guides (and Spencer, even whe he was newborn!) so I know she can cope with most things, but I still feel bad sending people to bed with a little halogen heater and three blankets to add to the already quilt laden
bed.

As a big Peppa Pig fan Spencer thought a pig farm was the place to be -

 Pig spotting

Making friends with the pigs

Puddle splashing

Tractor driving

Walking the land

Feeding the pigs
