Ledbury Charter Market

Today was our first time at The Ledbury Charter Market. Despite a chilly (and slightly delayed) start we had a great day and meet some really interesting people, as always the offal sold out first - one lady took a pack of trotters and is going to make a family recipe with them and has promised to bring us a sample which excited Will!

We will be at the market again next Tuesday (14th) and then the remaining Saturday's in February. Hopefully this will now be a regular fixture... we will keep you all posted.

We are now taking pre-orders for the Market on Saturday the 26th of February... so if there is any special requests for joints, sausages or parts of the pig please contact us.
