We bought our first pigs in 2007 and after seeing (and tasting!) the difference in the quality of the pork we produced we knew that we would always keep pigs.
We moved to Herefordshire in 2009 on the hunt for a farm to start our own rarest breed pig farm where we could raise free-range, outdoor born & reared pigs that would make fantastic pork at an affordable price. During the summer of 2010 we found Noggin Farm sitting atop the Marcle Ridge.
At Noggin Farm we are now producing:
- Pigs for fattening and for breeding
- Pork, Bacon, Sausages, Ham & (coming soon) Charcuteie
- Nose to tail eating
- Courses (Sausage Making, Smallholding & Pig Keeping)
