Grilled Pork Steaks/Chops with a beer, cheese & mustard topping
  • 1 pork steak or chop per person
  • 50g cheese per steak/chop
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of Ale/beer
Grilling tends to dry out pork, so either brush each steak/chop with melted butter or alternatively cut off some of the fat from the steak/chop and use that instead. Grill the meat on a medium heat, turning regularly, until it begins to brown. Mix the cheese mustard and ale together and season to taste. Apply liberally over the steak/chop and then grill until the cheese is golden brown.
